“Royal Court–Inspired Perfumed Lotion” Selected as a Finalist in the Innovation (Pitching) Session at the 8th Rajabhat Research Conference
From 1–3 December 2025, researchers from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University were selected to present their work in the Innovation (Pitching) session at the 8th Rajabhat University National and International Research and Academic Conference (RUNIRAC VIII), held under the theme “Research and Innovation for Local Development toward Internationalization and the SDGs” at Sriwachirot Auditorium, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University, Phitsanulok.
The project “Royal Court–Inspired Perfumed Lotion,” led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Peerada Damapong and Ms. Yaowana Wongthaijaroen of the College of Allied Health Sciences, stands out for its integration of Thai traditional wisdom with contemporary research methods to create a prototype product with clear commercial potential, advancing the local creative economy.
This innovation aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, notably SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) through knowledge-based product development, SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) via responsibly designed value chains, and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by transforming Thai indigenous knowledge into income-generating community products.
