Conference
From 1–3 December 2025, researchers from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University were selected to present their work in the Innovation (Pitching) session at the 8th Rajabhat University National and International Research and Academic Conference (RUNIRAC VIII), held under the theme “Research and Innovation for Local Development toward Internationalization and the SDGs” at Sriwachirot Auditorium, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University, Phitsanulok.
The project “Freshly Spray (Khao Yai Pomelo),” led by Asst. Prof. Dr.Pongmada Damapong of the College of Allied Health Sciences, features an air-quality care product developed from a distinctive local resource—the aroma profile of the Khao Yai pomelo. By integrating health-science knowledge with innovative production processes, the project has yielded a prototype with clear commercial potential that can be scaled into the community creative economy.
This work aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, notably SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) through knowledge-based product development, SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) via efficient use of local resources and responsible value-chain design, and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by creating livelihood and income opportunities for local entrepreneurs.
