Institute for Research and Development Joins the Merit-Making Ceremony in Commemoration of Her Majesty Queen Sunandha Kumariratana’s Birthday Anniversary

On 10 November 2025, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in a ceremony of worship and merit-making (Thaksinanupathan) in commemoration of the birthday anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sunandha Kumariratana, the Queen Consort of King Rama V.

The institute’s delegation was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rosjana Chandhasa, Vice President for Research and Development, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Morakot Worachairungreung, Director of the Institute for Research and Development, Dr. Duangjai Limsaksri, Vice Director for Administration, Asst. Prof. Dr. Wat Ploysri, Vice Director for Academic Services, and staff members of the institute. The group also joined the floral-tray offering to pay homage to Her Majesty.

The ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luedech Girdwichai, President of the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Council, and attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, along with university executives and personnel. The event took place at the Monument to Her Majesty Queen Sunandha Kumariratana, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

Their participation reflects the institute’s deep respect and gratitude for Her Majesty’s benevolence and its dedication to upholding cultural and moral values. It also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions
