Project:
“Low-Sodium Pla Som Fak (Fermented
Fish)”
On 26 November 2025, researchers from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University were selected to showcase a community-ready innovation and take part in technology matching for downstream adoption at the “Appropriate Technology MATCHING DAY 2025 – Central Region,” held at IMPACT Exhibition Hall 5, Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok.
The project was presented by Dr. Ploysai Ohama, Asst. Prof. Dr. Jitlada Chumee, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Saowanee Kumpan from the Faculty of Science and Technology.
