Institute for Research and Development Attends Personnel Policy Briefing for Fiscal Year B.E. 2569

On 15 December 2025, the Institute for Research and Development (IRD), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led by Asst.Prof Dr.Morakot Worachairungreung, Director of the Institute for Research and Development, together with the executive team—Asst.Prof.Nayot Kulpanich, Vice-Director for Research and Publication; Dr.Doungjai Limsaksri, Vice-Director for Administration; Asst.Prof.Dr.Wat Ploysri, Vice-Director for Academic Affairs and Training Service; and Atidtaya Buasri, Vice-Director of Intellectual Property Management and Business Incubation—along with IRD personnel, attended the personnel policy briefing held at the Health and Sports Center Building (4th Floor), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

At the session, senior university executives delivered policy directions and operational guidelines to university personnel.

This meeting aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals by advancing SDG 4 (Quality Education) through the development of staff competencies and the University’s learning ecosystem; SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by fostering an enabling work environment that supports effectiveness and professional advancement; SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) by strengthening research infrastructure and management systems to international standards; SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) by enhancing governance, transparency, and accountability; and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by coordinating collaboration across internal units to drive mission outcomes that are sustainable.
