Institute for Research and Development Participates in Meeting to Drive University Ranking Efforts Based on Times Higher Education Criteria

On July 13, 2026, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the 1st/2026 meeting of the committee responsible for driving Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s ranking efforts based on Times Higher Education criteria. The meeting was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rosjana Chandhasa, Vice-President for Research and Development; Asst. Prof. Dr. Morakot Worachairungreung, Director of the Institute for Research and Development; Asst. Prof. Nayot Kulpanich, Vice-Director for Research and Publication; Asst. Prof. Dr. Wat Ploysri, Vice-Director for Academic Services; and personnel of the Institute for Research and Development. Participants attended both on-site and online via Google Meet.

The meeting was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wittaya Mekhum, Vice-President for Planning and Quality Assurance, and was held at the University Council Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

During the meeting, the committee jointly considered key issues related to operational guidelines and the preparation of supporting data for the university ranking process based on Times Higher Education criteria. Participants also exchanged views, recommendations, and approaches for integrating data from various departments to ensure that the implementation is efficient, accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with international assessment standards.

In addition, the meeting discussed the roles and responsibilities of each department, the collection of performance evidence, and the strengthening of collaboration among internal university units. These efforts aim to drive the university’s operations in a unified direction and support the enhancement of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s capacity and recognition at both national and international levels.
