????SSRU Institute for Research and Development Holds “Research Roadshow” to Brief the Faculty of Management Science on the FY2026 Research Direction

On 16 December 2025 at 10:00 a.m., the Institute for Research and Development (IRD), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized a faculty-level “Research Roadshow” to clarify its operational framework for Fiscal Year 2026 to administrators, lecturers, and staff of the Faculty of Management Science. The session aimed to build a shared strategic understanding and strengthen a coordinated, systematic approach to the University’s research mission.

The briefing was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Morakot Worachairungreung, Director of the Institute for Research and Development, together with the IRD executive team—Asst. Prof. Nayot Kulpanich, Vice-Director for Research and Publication; Dr. Duangjai Limsaksri, Vice-Director for Administration; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Wat Ploysri, Vice-Director for Academic Affairs and Training Service—alongside division heads and relevant personnel. Key content covered the SSRU researcher capability-building plan; clarification of performance appraisal criteria; procedures for applying for University revenue-funded grants (individual and unit); guidance on publishing in national and international journals; “SSRU x SDGs”; the process for human research ethics approval; and steps for filing patent and utility model applications. The event was warmly welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Management Science and held in Meeting Room 5724, Building 57, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Management Science.

The “Research Roadshow” serves as a platform for knowledge exchange, policy communication, and alignment between the IRD and faculties across the University, paving the way for integrated collaboration to raise SSRU’s research and innovation to international standards and to translate outcomes into tangible benefits for industry and society. The initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals by enhancing the learning ecosystem and research skills of lecturers and students (SDG 4), strengthening academic career advancement through supportive systems and quality research outputs (SDG 8 ), advancing research, innovation, and intellectual-property frameworks toward international standards (SDG 9), reinforcing good governance, transparency, and rigorous research ethics (SDG 16), and fostering intra-university collaboration to drive sustainable results (SDG 17).
