Institute for Research and Development Participates in Briefing on New Performance Evaluation Criteria for Fiscal Year 2027

On October 20, 2026, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Morakot Worachairungreung, Director of the Institute for Research and Development, together with Asst. Prof. Nayot Kulpanich, Vice-Director for Research and Publication; Miss Pornthip Ruangprach, Head of Office of the Institute for Research and Development; Mr. Anuphan Suttimarn, Head of General Administration; and Mr. Chutchai Ditcharoen, Head of Planning and Quality Assurance, participated in a briefing on the revised performance evaluation form and the new performance evaluation criteria for Fiscal Year 2027.

The meeting was held at Room 3544, 4th Floor, Building 34, Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

Organized by the Personnel Administration Division, the meeting was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Komsan Somanawat, Vice-President for Administration. The session provided an overview of the guidelines, criteria, and details of the revised performance evaluation framework and aimed to ensure a clear understanding of its implementation for evaluating the performance of both academic and academic support personnel from Fiscal Year 2027 onwards.

The briefing is intended to support an efficient, standardized, and consistent evaluation process aligned with the university’s human resource management policies and practices.
