On July 16, 2026, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized the “Senior Mentoring Junior: Developing Young Researchers toward Quality Research Proposals for Knowledge Management and Research Utilization Transfer (KM) Funding” project. The activity was held at the Graduate School Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Graduate School Building 21.
The project aimed to enhance knowledge, understanding, and essential skills in preparing high-quality research proposals that meet funding criteria and align with the objectives of research funding agencies.
On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rosjana Chandhasa, Vice-President for Research and Development, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered welcoming remarks to the participants. Asst. Prof. Dr. Morakot Worachairungreung, Director of the Institute for Research and Development, presented the objectives and implementation guidelines of the project.
Key activities included a lecture on “Techniques for Developing Research Questions and Writing Research Proposals Aligned with Funding Sources,” as well as a knowledge exchange session titled “Senior Mentoring Junior: Designing Quality Research Proposals for Funding Applications.” The session was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Morakot Worachairungreung and the mentoring team, who shared their experiences, provided guidance, and closely exchanged practical approaches for developing quality research proposals.
This project serves as an important mechanism for strengthening the university’s research mentoring system. It supports young researchers in developing research questions that respond to national issues and needs, while enhancing the readiness of research proposals for funding applications. The initiative also promotes the transfer and practical utilization of research-based knowledge in a concrete and impactful manner.
