Institute for Research and Development Wins “Challenger Award” at SSRU KM SHARE & LEARN 2026

On September 22, 2026, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the university-level knowledge management sharing event, “SSRU KM SHARE & LEARN 2026,” held at Chokaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The Institute presented its knowledge management initiative and successfully received the “Challenger Award.”

The event was honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, who presided over the opening ceremony. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rosjana Chandhasa, Vice-President for Research and Development, together with a panel of distinguished experts, also participated in reviewing and evaluating the works presented by the participating Communities of Practice.

For the Institute for Research and Development, Asst. Prof. Dr. Morakot Worachairungreung, Director of the Institute for Research and Development, assigned Asst. Prof. Dr. Wat Ploysri, Vice-Director for Academic Services, to participate in the event, together with Mr. Chutchai Ditcharoen, Head of Planning and Quality Assurance; Miss Kanokporn Leksung, General Administration Officer; Miss Intira Piansuk, General Administration Officer; and Miss Samita Kladdin, Policy and Plan Analyst.

The Institute presented the project titled “Development of an Operational Process for Learning Human Research Ethics through Experienced Practitioners.” The initiative drew on practical experience in human research ethics operations, extracting lessons learned, compiling knowledge, and systematically organizing it into practical guidelines that can be applied in actual work settings.

The approach was further developed into a Work Manual, Guideline, Workflow, Checklist, and Digital Knowledge Repository to support standardized operations, reduce errors and redundant procedures, and improve the speed and efficiency of services provided to researchers.

This year, SSRU KM SHARE & LEARN 2026 featured a total of 27 Communities of Practice sharing their knowledge and experiences. The participating works covered improvements in work processes, innovation, and knowledge transfer across a wide range of areas, with the aim of transforming practical experience into knowledge that contributes to organizational development.

Receiving the “Challenger Award” reflects the Institute for Research and Development’s commitment to strengthening knowledge management within the organization and transforming routine work experience into standardized, practical approaches that can be effectively applied. It also contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of the university’s research support services.
