
Suan Sunandha Presents “Community-Based Board Game” to Enhance Communication Skills in Early Childhood at IEI 2026
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University presented its research and innovation project titled “Community-Based Board Game for Developing Communication Skills in Early Childhood” in the competition and exhibition at The 12th International Exhibition of Inventions (IEI 2026), held in Guangzhou, People’s Republic of China, from August 21 to 23, 2026.
The project was developed by Lecturer Dr. Duangkamon Jongcharoen, Asst. Prof. Dr. Wat Ploysri, and Lecturer Disira Phangsanga from the Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The innovation focuses on developing a community-based board game to promote communication skills among early childhood learners through a learning process that integrates play and participation. It provides children with opportunities to practice communication, self-expression, and interaction with others, while connecting learning experiences with community contexts and their immediate environment.
The presentation of this research and innovation formed part of the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s participation in IEI 2026, an international platform that provides opportunities for researchers, inventors, and educational institutions from various countries to present their works, exchange knowledge, and build collaborative networks in research and innovation. The event also supports the dissemination and further development of the university’s research outputs for international utilization.
