Commercial Consul in Guangzhou Visits Suan Sunandha Innovations and Highlights Opportunities for Expansion into the Chinese Market

On August 21, 2026, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rosjana Chandhasa, Vice-President for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, welcomed Miss Praphaporn Srihera, Director and Commercial Consul at the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Guangzhou, together with her delegation, on the occasion of their visit to the university’s research works, inventions, and innovations presented at The 12th International Exhibition of Inventions (IEI 2026) in Guangzhou, People’s Republic of China.

During the visit, the Commercial Consul delegation exchanged views with the university’s research teams and provided recommendations on product development approaches to better align with market demand and potential business partners in China. The discussion also covered opportunities for expanding into new markets, with the aim of supporting the transformation of research and innovation outputs into commercially viable products.

In addition, the delegation invited Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s researchers and entrepreneurs to bring their products and innovations to future exhibitions and relevant networking activities. This would create opportunities to meet potential business partners, expand collaborative networks, and open new channels for bringing university-developed products into the Chinese market.
