Institute for Research and Development Prepares Draft Announcement for SRI Research Funding for Fiscal Year 2028

On 25 May 2026, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized a meeting to prepare the draft announcement for research funding through the Science, Research and Innovation Promotion Fund for fiscal year 2028. The meeting was held onsite at the Faculty of Science and Technology and online via Zoom Meeting.

The meeting aimed to strengthen understanding of research funding application guidelines and exchange recommendations for preparing a clear, comprehensive, and well-aligned funding announcement. The discussion focused on ensuring that the funding framework corresponds with the direction of national development, the priorities of funding agencies, and the university’s research strategy.

This activity reflects the Institute’s commitment to advancing research management, enhancing researchers’ capacity, and supporting the development of research outputs that respond to university strategies and national development goals in a concrete and sustainable manner.

The activity aligns with SDG 4: Quality Education, through the development of research personnel capacity; SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, through the promotion of knowledge, research, and innovation for practical use; and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, through collaboration among administrators, personnel, and relevant units to strengthen the university’s research funding support system.
