Institute for Research and Development Attends Training on “Strategic Management Skill Development and Organizational Performance Measurement through OKRs and EdPEx Results”

On August 25, 2026, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, attended a training session titled “Strategic Management Skill Development and Organizational Performance Measurement through OKRs and EdPEx Results.” The training was held at Chokaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and via Google Meet. The program aimed to strengthen knowledge and skills in strategic management, goal setting, and effective organizational performance measurement.

The training was honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, who presided over the session. Asst. Prof. Thara Thamroj, M.D., served as the guest speaker, sharing knowledge and practical approaches for applying OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) together with the EdPEx Results framework to support systematic organizational management and performance measurement.

On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Morakot Worachairungreung, Director of the Institute for Research and Development, assigned Lecturer Wisut Siripornnopakhun, Vice-Director for Administration, together with Mr. Chutchai Ditcharoen, Head of Planning and Quality Assurance, and Miss Samita Kladdin, Policy and Plan Analyst, to participate in the training.

Participation in this training formed part of the Institute’s efforts to enhance personnel capacity and strengthen understanding of strategic management. The knowledge gained from OKRs and EdPEx Results can be applied to goal setting, performance indicators, monitoring and evaluation, and the alignment of operations with the university’s strategic direction and institutional goals in an effective manner.
