Institute for Research and Development Joins OKR Training to Strengthen Results-Based Management

On May 5, 2026, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in a workshop on “Objective and Key Results (OKR)” at Chor Kaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31.

The training aimed to enhance personnel’s understanding of strategic goal setting, progress monitoring, and performance evaluation to improve organizational management and achieve concrete results.

The program also provided guidelines on applying OKR as a modern management tool to support efficient, transparent, and accountable operations.

This participation reflects the Institute’s commitment to developing personnel capacity and strengthening work performance in alignment with the university’s strategic goals.

This activity aligns with SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.
