Institute for Research and Development Enhances Students’ Local Innovation Skills through the Social Engineer Concept
From 4 to 5 June 2026, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, through its Intellectual Property Management and Business Incubation Department, organized the 3rd training program on “Developing Local Innovation Skills to Solve Community Problems through the Social Engineer Concept.” The program was held for students from the Samut Songkhram Campus and Bangkok.
The training aimed to enhance students’ knowledge, understanding, and practical skills in applying the Social Engineer concept to create local innovations that effectively and sustainably address community needs. It also integrated soft skills development with local contexts, enabling students to design solutions that respond to real community challenges.
Participants learned from academic experts and community enterprise representatives, who shared knowledge, experiences, and practical approaches to working with communities. The program encouraged students to develop analytical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and innovation skills for local development.
