The Institute for Research and Development Attends Training on Organizational Management Using OKRs to Enhance Organizational Success

On June 9, 2026, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, attended the training program titled “Enhancing Knowledge and Understanding of Organizational Management Using OKRs.” The training was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rosjana Chandhasa, Vice-President for Research and Development; AsstProf Dr. Morakot Worachairungreung, Director of the Institute for Research and Development; Miss Pornthip Ruangprach, Head of Office of the Institute for Research and Development; and personnel of the Institute for Research and Development.

The training aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding of strategic goal setting, performance monitoring, and the application of the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework to drive organizational operations toward achieving goals effectively. The event was held at the Sunantanusorn Auditorium, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Participants also attended a special lecture delivered by Dr. Wichai Limpitikoranon, an expert in organizational management, who shared knowledge, concepts, and practical approaches to setting objectives, measuring outcomes, and managing organizations through OKRs. The training enabled participants to apply the knowledge gained to their work practices, improve operational processes, and drive organizational development in a concrete and effective manner. The program was attended by executives and OKR Champions from various departments across the university.

Participation in this training aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals. It reflects the development of personnel potential, the enhancement of effective organizational management systems, and the integration of collaboration among internal departments of the university to drive Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University toward achieving its strategic goals sustainably.
