
SSRU Institute for Research and Development Organizes Training on “Standardized Pad Thai Sauce Production” to Enhance Community Enterprises toward Commercialization
On June 12, 2026, the Intellectual Property Management and Business Incubation Division of the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, under the supervision of AsstProf Dr. Morakot Worachairungreung, Director of the Institute for Research and Development, assigned Lecturer Atidtaya Buasri, Vice-Director of Intellectual Property Management and Business Incubation, to conduct an on-site training session on “Standardized Pad Thai Sauce Production.” The training was held at Kwae Om Sufficiency Agriculture Community Enterprise, Ban Bang Ko, Kwae Om Subdistrict, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province.
The training was organized under the “Project to Upgrade Research-Based Prototype Products toward Commercialization.” Its objective was to enhance the potential of community enterprises and local entrepreneurs by equipping them with knowledge and practical skills in producing high-quality, standardized, clean, and safe Pad Thai sauce. The initiative also aimed to support the further development of community products, increase product value, and create commercial marketing opportunities.
On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Jutamas Moonwong from the Home Economics Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, served as the guest speaker and trainer. She shared both theoretical knowledge and practical techniques with 50 members of the community enterprise and local residents. Participants learned the complete process of producing standardized Pad Thai sauce and exchanged ideas on product development in line with market demand.
This activity represents the concrete application of the university’s knowledge, research, and innovation for community benefit. It supports value creation for local products, strengthens the grassroots economy, and improves the quality of life of people in local communities in accordance with the strategic direction of Rajabhat universities for sustainable local development.
