
The Institute for Research and Development Participates in Public Hearing on the Draft National Science, Research and Innovation Plan for B.E. 2571–2575
On June 24, 2026, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rosjana Chandhasa, Vice-President for Research and Development, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Morakot Worachairungreung, Director of the Institute for Research and Development, and Asst. Prof. Nayot Kulpanich, Vice-Director for Research and Publication, participated in a public hearing on the Draft National Science, Research and Innovation Plan for B.E. 2571–2575. The event was organized by the Office of the Science, Research and Innovation Promotion Committee and held at the Vibhavadi Ballroom, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Prof. Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, who delivered remarks on policy directions for advancing science, research and innovation to strengthen the country’s capacity and support future development.
The public hearing aimed to gather opinions and recommendations from representatives of government agencies, higher education institutions, the private sector, and relevant stakeholders. The discussion focused on jointly shaping the national direction for science, research and innovation during B.E. 2571–2575, ensuring that the plan aligns with the country’s development context, responds to global changes, and contributes to sustainable economic and social progress, as well as an improved quality of life for the people.
